Voorwaarden Betaprogramma

Versie 1.1 — 15 maart 2026

Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op je deelname aan het Raplio betaprogramma. Door deel te nemen, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Lees ze zorgvuldig door.

1. Definities

Raplio — de aanbieder van het platform, gevestigd in Nederland.
Betadienst — de pre-release versie van het Raplio-platform die beschikbaar wordt gesteld voor test- en evaluatiedoeleinden.
Deelnemer — jij, de gebruiker die deelneemt aan het betaprogramma.
Feedback — alle suggesties, ideeën, foutmeldingen, verbetervoorstellen en overige input die je aan ons geeft over de betadienst.
Betaperiode — de periode waarin je toegang hebt tot de betadienst, zoals beschreven in artikel 3.

2. Wat is het betaprogramma?

De betadienst is een pre-release versie van Raplio. Het doel is om het product te testen, feedback te verzamelen en het platform te verbeteren. De betadienst:

Kan onvolledig zijn en functies bevatten die nog in ontwikkeling zijn
Kan fouten, bugs of onderbrekingen bevatten
Kan op elk moment worden gewijzigd, aangevuld of stopgezet
Is niet geschikt voor gebruik als enige bron voor compliance-rapportages

3. Duur en beëindiging

Het betaprogramma loopt tot uiterlijk 31 december 2026, tenzij eerder beëindigd. Zowel jij als Raplio kan de deelname op elk moment beëindigen, om welke reden dan ook, door dit schriftelijk (per e-mail) aan te geven.

Bij beëindiging:

Heb je 30 dagen de tijd om je gegevens te exporteren (indien de exportfunctie beschikbaar is) of op te vragen via info@raplio.nl
Na deze 30 dagen worden je accountgegevens en ingevoerde data verwijderd
Reeds gegenereerde rapporten kun je zelf bewaren

4. Licentie en gebruik

Raplio verleent je een beperkt, niet-exclusief, niet-overdraagbaar, herroepelijk recht om de betadienst te gebruiken voor test- en evaluatiedoeleinden binnen je eigen organisatie. Je mag de betadienst niet:

Doorverkopen, in sublicentie geven of beschikbaar stellen aan derden
Reverse-engineeren, decompileren of nabouwen
Gebruiken voor benchmarking of vergelijkende publicaties zonder onze toestemming

5. Feedback en intellectueel eigendom

Wij waarderen je feedback. Door feedback te geven, verleen je Raplio een niet-exclusieve, wereldwijde, royaltyvrije, eeuwigdurende licentie om deze feedback te gebruiken, aan te passen en te verwerken in het product. Je ontvangt hiervoor geen vergoeding.

Alle intellectuele eigendomsrechten op het Raplio-platform, inclusief aanpassingen op basis van feedback, blijven bij Raplio.

6. Disclaimer en garantiebeperking

De betadienst wordt geleverd in de staat waarin deze zich bevindt ("as is"). Raplio garandeert niet dat de betadienst ononderbroken, foutvrij of geschikt is voor een bepaald doel. Er worden geen garanties gegeven over de beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid of nauwkeurigheid van de betadienst of de gegenereerde rapporten.

Gegenereerde rapporten vormen geen juridisch advies en zijn geen geaccrediteerde conformiteitsverklaring. De deelnemer blijft te allen tijde verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid en volledigheid van ingevoerde gegevens en voor beslissingen die op basis van rapporten worden genomen.

AI-transparantie (EU AI-verordening Art. 50): Raplio maakt gebruik van kunstmatige intelligentie (Anthropic Claude) voor het extraheren van gegevens uit documenten en het genereren van suggesties. Alle AI-gegenereerde waarden worden duidelijk gemarkeerd met een "AI-gegenereerd" badge. Raplio is een hulpmiddel, geen adviseur. De deelnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en bevestigen van alle AI-gegenereerde waarden voordat deze in rapporten worden opgenomen.

Niets in deze voorwaarden beperkt rechten die je op grond van dwingend recht toekomen, waaronder consumentenbescherming op grond van de Richtlijn digitale inhoud (EU 2019/770).

7. Aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is de totale aansprakelijkheid van Raplio in verband met het betaprogramma beperkt tot EUR 100,00 (honderd euro).

Raplio is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade, gederfde winst, verlies van gegevens of gemiste zakelijke kansen.

Deze beperking geldt niet voor schade veroorzaakt door opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid van Raplio, of voor andere aansprakelijkheid die volgens Nederlands recht niet kan worden uitgesloten.

8. Gegevens en privacy

Op de verwerking van persoonsgegevens is onze privacyverklaring van toepassing. Door deel te nemen aan het betaprogramma ga je akkoord met de verwerking zoals beschreven in die verklaring.

Raplio maakt gebruik van de volgende externe dienstverleners (sub-verwerkers) voor de levering van de betadienst:

Supabase (EU) — database, authenticatie en bestandsopslag
Anthropic (VS) — AI-diensten voor documentextractie en formulierassistent
Microsoft (EU) — e-mailoverzicht (outlook)
Resend (VS) — transactionele e-mailbezorging
Vercel (EU) — applicatie-hosting
Inngest (VS) — achtergrondtaakverwerking

Belangrijk: Tijdens de betaperiode kunnen er onderbrekingen of gegevensverlies optreden. Bewaar altijd een eigen kopie van belangrijke gegevens en documenten.

9. Vertrouwelijkheid

De betadienst en bijbehorende informatie over niet-uitgebrachte functies zijn vertrouwelijk. Je deelt deze niet met derden zonder onze voorafgaande toestemming. Dit geldt niet voor informatie die al openbaar beschikbaar is.

10. Geen serviceniveau-garantie

Er gelden geen service level agreements (SLAs) voor de betadienst. Raplio garandeert geen beschikbaarheid, uptime of responstijden. Raplio garandeert niet dat de betadienst commercieel beschikbaar wordt gemaakt (general availability).

11. Wijzigingen

Raplio kan deze voorwaarden en de betadienst op elk moment wijzigen. Bij wezenlijke wijzigingen word je vooraf per e-mail geïnformeerd. Voortgezet gebruik na wijziging geldt als acceptatie.

12. Toepasselijk recht

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland. Dit doet geen afbreuk aan dwingende bepalingen van consumentenbescherming die van toepassing zijn in jouw woonland.

Beta Program Terms

Version 1.1 — 15 March 2026

These terms apply to your participation in the Raplio beta program. By participating, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

Raplio — the provider of the platform, based in the Netherlands.
Beta Service — the pre-release version of the Raplio platform made available for testing and evaluation purposes.
Participant — you, the user participating in the beta program.
Feedback — all suggestions, ideas, bug reports, improvement proposals, and other input you provide about the Beta Service.
Beta Period — the period during which you have access to the Beta Service, as described in section 3.

2. What is the beta program?

The Beta Service is a pre-release version of Raplio. Its purpose is to test the product, gather feedback, and improve the platform. The Beta Service:

May be incomplete and contain features still under development
May contain errors, bugs, or interruptions
May be modified, supplemented, or discontinued at any time
Is not suitable for use as the sole source for compliance reporting

3. Duration and termination

The beta program runs until no later than 31 December 2026, unless terminated earlier. Either you or Raplio may terminate participation at any time, for any reason, by notifying the other party in writing (by email).

Upon termination:

You have 30 days to export your data (if export functionality is available) or request it via info@raplio.nl
After these 30 days, your account data and entered information will be deleted
Reports you have already generated can be kept by you

4. License and use

Raplio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Beta Service for testing and evaluation purposes within your own organisation. You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or make the Beta Service available to third parties
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or reconstruct the Beta Service
Use the Beta Service for benchmarking or comparative publications without our consent

5. Feedback and intellectual property

We value your feedback. By providing feedback, you grant Raplio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, adapt, and incorporate that feedback into the product. No compensation is provided for feedback.

All intellectual property rights in the Raplio platform, including modifications based on feedback, remain with Raplio.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of warranties

The Beta Service is provided "as is." Raplio does not warrant that the Beta Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. No guarantees are given regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Beta Service or generated reports.

Generated reports do not constitute legal advice and are not accredited conformity statements. The Participant remains responsible at all times for the accuracy and completeness of entered data and for decisions made based on reports.

AI Transparency (EU AI Act Art. 50): Raplio uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to extract data from documents and generate suggestions. All AI-generated values are clearly marked with an "AI-generated" badge. Raplio is a tool, not an adviser. The Participant is responsible for reviewing and confirming all AI-generated values before they are included in reports.

Nothing in these terms limits rights to which you are entitled under mandatory law, including consumer protection under the Digital Content Directive (EU 2019/770).

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raplio's total aggregate liability in connection with the beta program is limited to EUR 100.00 (one hundred euros).

Raplio shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, or missed business opportunities.

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intent or wilful recklessness on the part of Raplio, or to any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

8. Data and privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy. By participating in the beta program, you agree to the processing described in that policy.

Raplio uses the following external service providers (sub-processors) to deliver the Beta Service:

Supabase (EU) — database, authentication and file storage
Anthropic (US) — AI services for document extraction and form assistant
Microsoft (EU) — email overview (outlook)
Resend (US) — transactional email delivery
Vercel (EU) — application hosting
Inngest (US) — background task processing

Important: During the beta period, interruptions or data loss may occur. Always keep your own copy of important data and documents.

9. Confidentiality

The Beta Service and related information about unreleased features are confidential. You may not share them with third parties without our prior consent. This does not apply to information that is already publicly available.

10. No service level guarantee

No service level agreements (SLAs) apply to the Beta Service. Raplio does not guarantee availability, uptime, or response times. Raplio does not guarantee that the Beta Service will be made commercially available (general availability).

11. Changes

Raplio may modify these terms and the Beta Service at any time. In case of material changes, you will be informed in advance by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
